Guardian Security provides professional static security officers (SSO) to a diverse range of assignments, from construction sites to car dealerships, from front desk reception duties in government buildings, to full coverage of an entire industrial complex; our client list is wide ranging and varied.
All of our security officers are governed by our strict code of conduct and assignment Instructions, which are agreed with our client prior to the commencement of guarding duties, ensuring that our officers carry out their duties in a professional manner.
Guardian Security operates management systems and processes and only deploys fully trained security officers that can precisely comply with the specific assignment instructions given by our client.
Our operations management team conducts service checks to maintain a consistently high-quality performance and enable us to report to our clients as and when required.
Our officers are supplied with our standard issue uniform; however, we are happy to modify these to complement your own corporate image or specific requirements.
All officers receive regular but unscheduled supervisory visits to ensure they are providing the best possible service to our clients. These visits are fully documented and summaries are available for inspection if required. In addition to these visits, our Operations Manager will be in regular contact with our client's representative to ensure that we are meeting our contractual duties and to review the service levels required.
Strong account management by your dedicated Operations Manager assures each client of service compliance and complete satisfaction.
